KrisAnne Swartley is Lead Pastor of SBIC congregation. She received her undergraduate degree in Congregational Ministry from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA, and her Master of Divinity from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield. She has served in many different ministry roles throughout her life, working with youth, worship, women's ministry and outreach. As a pastor's kid, church is deep in her DNA and she loves nurturing the relationships and mission of the faith community. KrisAnne deeply loves Jesus and is grateful for His constant presence through life's hills and valleys. She and her husband, Jon, have two young adult children, Heidi and Ben.

Diana Moyer is Director of Family Ministries at SBIC. Having worked for many years in the business and education worlds, she rejoices to now direct her energy more into ministry.  She oversees family ministries, and puts lots of time into making Sunday School ever more practical and interesting, works closely with youth and young adult ministries and invests steadily into the church's outreach channels. Diana and her husband Doug have four children.

Barbara Snyder was excited to join the staff at SBIC in 2021 as Office Administrator for her “third act,” when she retired from full-time work in the Pharmaceutical industry. She enjoys utilizing the skills that she gained in her previous professional career spanning quality control, technical writing, recruitment, and accounting. Barb has been actively involved in SBIC's ministries over the years, volunteering in the nursery, leading VBS, working in the kitchen, and as a former board member. Her part-time position in the office frees her up to spend time with her two grandsons, friends, and complete her “bucket list.”
